Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 427 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SARS2, MMD, and COMMD2. Each is linked with BCL2L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L2-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2L2 versus SARS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
