Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC163, LINC00208, and RNU6-179P. Each is linked with BCL2L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2L2-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC163 grouped by BCL2L2-low versus BCL2L2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
