Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCL2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3C12, MIR323A, and EMP2. Each is linked with BCL2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2A1 versus H3C12 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
