BCL2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,636 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIRC3, CXCL8, and NLRP3. Each is linked with BCL2A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BCL2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCL2A1 versus BIRC3 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
