Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCL11A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-E2, and MEK1. Each is linked with BCL11A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL11A-to-partner and partner-to-BCL11A results are reported.
