BCL11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCL11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,013 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCL11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGTLC3, LRRC3C, and CCER1. Each is linked with BCL11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCL11A-to-partner and partner-to-BCL11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGTLC3 grouped by BCL11A-low versus BCL11A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCL11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCL11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
