Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCKDK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCKDK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00251, MIR3928, and DUTP5. Each is linked with BCKDK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDK-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00251 grouped by BCKDK-low versus BCKDK-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCKDK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCKDK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
