Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCKDHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,031 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCKDHB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Branched-chain amino acid catabolic process, Branched-chain alpha-keto acid decarboxylation to branched-chain acyl-CoA, and Branched-chain amino acid metabolic process. Each is linked with BCKDHB in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCKDHB-to-partner and partner-to-BCKDHB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Branched-chain amino acid catabolic process grouped by BCKDHB-low versus BCKDHB-high in OESOPHAGUS.
