BCHE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCHE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCHE-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNTL5, SLC22A12, and SPINK9. Each is linked with BCHE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCHE-to-partner and partner-to-BCHE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNTL5 grouped by BCHE-low versus BCHE-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCHE→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCHE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
