BCCIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCCIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,760 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCCIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF21, OR4C9P, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with BCCIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCCIP-to-partner and partner-to-BCCIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF21 grouped by BCCIP-low versus BCCIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCCIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCCIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
