Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,690 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM12, LGALS1, and COL1A1. Each is linked with BCAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-BCAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAT1 versus ADAM12 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
