Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,943 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAR1P2, RN7SL190P, and RPL7P40. Each is linked with BCAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-BCAT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCAR1P2 grouped by BCAT1-low versus BCAT1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
