BCAT1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with BCAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-BCAT1 results are reported.
