Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,744 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADPRS, DEFB109D, and TOE1. Each is linked with BCAS4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS4-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS4 results are reported.
