BCAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,002 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, MRPL35, and LDHAP1. Each is linked with BCAS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPV3L1 grouped by BCAS3-low versus BCAS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
