BCAS2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,303 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, PRKACB, and FOSL2_S120. Each is linked with BCAS2P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS2P2-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS2P2 versus PSIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
