BCAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,571 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM33_S1119, TRIM33, and CSDE1. Each is linked with BCAS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS2-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS2 versus TRIM33_S1119 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
