Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, NOL11, and SASS6. Each is linked with BCAS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS2-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAS2 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
