Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6894, RNU6-223P, and RNA5SP363. Each is linked with BCAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS2-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6894 grouped by BCAS2-low versus BCAS2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
