Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, mTOR, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with BCAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS2-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS2 results are reported.
