Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,197 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomeric 3' overhang formation, Positive regulation of centriole replication, and Regulation of centriole replication. Each is linked with BCAS2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAS2-to-partner and partner-to-BCAS2 results are reported.
