BCAR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-73P, RN7SKP112, and NDUFA5P1. Each is linked with BCAR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAR4-to-partner and partner-to-BCAR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-73P grouped by BCAR4-low versus BCAR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
