BCAR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,970 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCAR3_S338, BCAR3_S290, and BCAR3_S317. Each is linked with BCAR3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAR3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAR3 versus BCAR3_S338 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
