BCAR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,823 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAR3-AS1, RPL5P13, and CAV2. Each is linked with BCAR3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAR3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAR3 versus BCAR3-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
