BCAR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCAR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,541 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOSL1, NT5E, and ITGA3. Each is linked with BCAR3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAR3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAR3 versus FOSL1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
