Across TCGA cell cohorts, BCAR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,419 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hemostasis, Regulation of blood coagulation, and Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway. Each is linked with BCAR3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAR3-to-partner and partner-to-BCAR3 results are reported.
