BCAN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,974 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BCAN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, C1orf35, and SNX27. Each is linked with BCAN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAN-to-partner and partner-to-BCAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAN versus DHX9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
