Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BCAN protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,157 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BCAN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABCA1, AKAP12_T1116, and AMPH. Each is linked with BCAN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BCAN-to-partner and partner-to-BCAN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BCAN versus ABCA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BCAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→BCAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
