BBX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF1, KCNK16, and SPINK9. Each is linked with BBX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBX-to-partner and partner-to-BBX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLAMF1 grouped by BBX-low versus BBX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
