Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBS4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,768 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BBS4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retinal rod cell development, Negative regulation of appetite by leptin-mediated signaling pathway, and Regulation of cilium beat frequency involved in ciliary motility. Each is linked with BBS4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS4-to-partner and partner-to-BBS4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Retinal rod cell development grouped by BBS4-low versus BBS4-high in STOMACH.
