BBS4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBS4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,271 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANK2, DLC1, and NFRKB. Each is linked with BBS4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS4-to-partner and partner-to-BBS4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANK2 grouped by BBS4-low versus BBS4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS4→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
