BBS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, MRPL39, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with BBS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBS2-to-partner and partner-to-BBS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POC1A grouped by BBS2-low versus BBS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
