BBOF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BBOF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBOF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP248, RNA5SP86, and TCP11X3P. Each is linked with BBOF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBOF1-to-partner and partner-to-BBOF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP248 grouped by BBOF1-low versus BBOF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBOF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBOF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
