BBOF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BBOF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BBOF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IAPP, GAGE12D, and GAGE12C. Each is linked with BBOF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BBOF1-to-partner and partner-to-BBOF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IAPP grouped by BBOF1-low versus BBOF1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BBOF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BBOF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
