BAZ2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAZ2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,070 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAZ2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTAN1, SEC24A, and BRD3. Each is linked with BAZ2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ2B-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAZ2B versus SPTAN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
