BAZ2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAZ2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,429 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BAZ2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, ZWINT, and FCER1A. Each is linked with BAZ2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ2B-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by BAZ2B-low versus BAZ2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
