Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAZ1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,482 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAZ1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM7, RFC2, and DBF4. Each is linked with BAZ1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ1B-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAZ1B versus MCM7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
