Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAZ1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,142 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAZ1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT1, SNX5, and SSRP1. Each is linked with BAZ1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAZ1A-to-partner and partner-to-BAZ1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAZ1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAZ1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
