Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,811 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPB, IRF3, and RUVBL2. Each is linked with BAX in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAX-to-partner and partner-to-BAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAX versus SNRPB in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
