Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BAX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,345 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDKN1B, GOLGA2_S981, and MCM2_S139. Each is linked with BAX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAX-to-partner and partner-to-BAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BAX versus CDKN1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
