Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BAX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHMT, GZMK, and GRM6. Each is linked with BAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BAX-to-partner and partner-to-BAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BHMT grouped by BAX-low versus BAX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→BAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
