BASP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,283 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP2, SPARC, and SFRP2. Each is linked with BASP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BASP1-to-partner and partner-to-BASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BASP1 versus MMP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
