BASP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,800 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BASP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BASP1_T36, BASP1_S164, and BASP1_S176. Each is linked with BASP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BASP1-to-partner and partner-to-BASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BASP1 versus BASP1_T36 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
