BASP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,553 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4796, TTLL13P, and HMGN2P10. Each is linked with BASP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BASP1-to-partner and partner-to-BASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4796 grouped by BASP1-low versus BASP1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
