BARX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,111 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BARX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPL, ARHGAP32_S952, and RAB27B. Each is linked with BARX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARX2-to-partner and partner-to-BARX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BARX2 versus NPL in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
