Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,717 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SAMM50, and ABHD4. Each is linked with BARX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARX2-to-partner and partner-to-BARX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BARX2 versus PRODH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
