Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP427, DPP9, and ANKRD26P2. Each is linked with BARX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARX2-to-partner and partner-to-BARX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP427 grouped by BARX2-low versus BARX2-high in CESC.
