Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BARX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, IL22, and TRIM60. Each is linked with BARX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARX2-to-partner and partner-to-BARX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by BARX2-low versus BARX2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
