BARX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BARX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROS1, AGFG2, and ECT2. Each is linked with BARX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARX1-to-partner and partner-to-BARX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BARX1 versus PROS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.19.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
