Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BARX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,265 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BARX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A17, ACOT8, and BRS3. Each is linked with BARX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BARX1-to-partner and partner-to-BARX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BARX1 versus SLC25A17 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.95.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BARX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BARX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
